I think what meditation does is that it allows you to kind of step back, clear the mind, ell clear the space. You need that breathing space every single day. And so i'm just going to clear my head to allow myself to be open when a solution comes and and that is incredibly freeing and powerful. That's something that we are sorely missing in this world. I've not read that yet, but i read the blanket like with its fastening. There's the the the tehe step one of the brain n step to and some of the stuff he's talked about is fascinating.
