How Creative Leadership Helps in Moments of Uncertainty

Creativity is about asking an unexpected question in order to get to an unexpected answer. When you do so, it can reveal all kinds of new kinds of possibilities. In a moment of crisis or in a moment of confusion or uncertainty, it's hard to work to look at the world differently. It's like we could just dive in and start to make a difference. And I was actually contributing, I hope, contributing to moving forward.
