Can the State Really Intervene?
A lot of these interventures, particularly around social isolation will be done through non state means. But it will still require a little bit of a nudge and a shove here and there from the state in order to address some of the challenges that we around loneliness. What about happ across different cultures? And if so, how does that effect how multicultural societies like saying 'the one in the u k' Is to be treated differently than more monocultural society? I actually have to say that my knowledge and understanding of cultural variations is relatively weak, and so i would be giving you not much more than a lay person's interpretation of ther evidence.
