How Do You Work That Out Theologically?

I'm always conflicted personally about doing stuff like that. Like, I want to be joked with and I like joking with my closest friends. So I think that we should be able to joke with each other. It's that when we make jokes at the left, we are doing kind of an elbow nudge. And then they're like, it's like a getting nervous. Yeah. Theologically, how do you work that out? Because I spend a lot of my energy online and of course my whole book critiquing progressive Christianity.
