The Supreme Court Says the Pmel Is a Sug Is Legislation
Even ten thousand rupees will attact es, ok? So i am interested in the kind of reasoning that has been deployed to sort of justify these wide ranging powers. And one of the things which struck me was that the supreme court says the pmel is a sug is legislation, and is therefore not comparable to other penal statutes. It does not make a distinction as to who the personeter. The person being called could merely be a witness. In case it it's a witness, then, of course, 20 23 does not apply. Men asnt. What does it mean? Somebody can have or this piamile treatment. That doesn't say anything about the magnitude of money
