How to Have a Good Teacher Relationship?

A good teacher should be able to understand not only have some kind of spiritual attainment in themselves, but also have a reasonably good understanding of the diversity of human psychology. But even then, there's still a huge amount of responsibility on the student's part. So one of the things we need to evolve going forward or regenerate is a kind of wisdom about how to have student teacher relationships in a way that's productive and safe, but also challenging.
