The Journey Matters
Fossil fuel non pefration treaty is already creating new conversations by lateral antelaalries. I definitely see the treatis is structured around three pillars, similar to nuclear non perforation. We need to phase out existing stock piles and production of fossil fuels. And that's why we need global governments and new mechanisms for international co operation. Some treaties have not taken ten years; some treaties have taken two years. So it so we don't know how long a treaty will take, but we know that the journey towards a treaty matters.
