Every person is different and has a unique constellation of strength and weaker skills. Artistic people latch on to topics and tasks with intense hyper focus. Just because someone has a d h d doesn't mean they're creative and a divergent thinker. And just because someone has autism don't mean they have amazing memory. These are stereotypes good fit and also, good fit careers may be found or created in areas we haven't even dreamed of yet.
