The Most Emotionally Difficult Episode of Fake Doctors Real Friends All Right

In all seven episodes of fake doctors real friends what was the most emotionally difficult episode that you guys did? I thought this one would have to be right up there just getting through this one. It still has some really genuinely funny parts and the emotion that uh Sean has at the end of the episode is good yeah but now that that we got to act that was acting this was this was real life just killed 4,000 people  and it was almost impossible to get through this episode.
