Aschema is a complex frozen experience of the child's interaction with significant others that is stored in our implicit memory system. It also includes feelings, it includes body sensations and impulses to react. And those those scenes of these those video clips can deal with feelings of deprivation, feelings of shame, incompetence, vulnerability are being abused in childhood. These experiences are something that is storage in our memory system and tends to retain all our perceptions, appraisals and tendencies to react like glasses you wear without being aware wearing them.
