Anger Is a Kind of Justice
Stoicism doesn't commit us to saying there is no injustice in the world, which would be ridiculous. But it does ask us to separate that claim about states of affairs in the world from what we might or might not do in response to those claims. So I think they have different therapies for anger but one of them is to say well even if it is right that you have been wronged in the world. What do we do about it? And that might you know that language of what is appropriate in their philosophy is going to bring in other considerations and just I want to release the steam valve. If I don't I'm going to feel internal distress.
