Sally Kohn: We are all born knowing how to hip hinge. She says sitting is the thing that cripples us, and so how do you maintain it? Kohn: If every kid had a standing desk in school, for example, that's a step in the right direction. The physical education used to have more emphasis than it does now; kids can't do pull-ups or push-ups nor run a mile.
