Is It the Equivalent of a Lemphatic Drainage Massage?
I've never had a lemphatic drainage massage. Apparently they're very good for you. I got an instigra, i did an instigram purchase the other day. Am something called a prana mat. And it is a mat that has all these colorful plastic like lotus flowers that are spiky. They have all sizes, but it's kind of amazing. You don't need, you can have like, a little one that you keep, you know, next to your bed. It doesn't break the skin, but it feels like it's going to.
