Is This Really a Classified Document?

There was a folder at issue that apparently was labeled as classified evening briefing that was not turned over. The documents that were returned over in January of 2022, in June of 2022, we know ultimately see it's in August of 2022. Those weren't empty folders. Those were documents with proper classification markings on them. That's what the true liability is. This was just a little interesting media ploy by the Trump lawyer, which was clever, but ultimately irrelevant from a legal standpoint.
