Introduction
A mini habit is simply a small positive behavior that you force yourself to do every day. So don't say, I want to do 20 pushups every day. Just say, "I want to do one push up" And it's something that's very easy to stick to. If you end up doing 100 pushups, you failed. You go even though 100 pushups is a lot better than what you did the day before. People overestimate their self controllability.
