Optimism in a Pandemic in Finance

I think most people need to really, really be pushed to achieve their maximum. And I would always, it was my job to lead by that example. If you're able to find a way to smile and make people happy in that time, you're probably good for a firm. It also says something about your mindset being able to provide a lot more than just P&L.
