How Do You Lead With Empathy?
I want us to get into the weeds of how we think and what we can do to be more aware of our own emotions. I encourage you to really think about how and if this applies to your own life like how do you lead with empathy? The last one is to embrace ambiguity so if you don't know what ambiguity is or what ambiguous means I've googled it for accuracy ambiguity means the quality of being open to more than one interpretation in exactness. If we can embrace the unknown and validate our emotions and tell ourselves it's okay to feel scared about the unknown then we'll learn so much.
