The Industrial Revolution and the Importance of Marketing
As soon as the industrial revolution happens, products just become cheap. Once you have factories, you can produce a lot of shoes cheaply. This then creates advertising ends and the modern marketplace where people are competing in this marketplace with their different products. And they say, my shoes are cheaper. My shoes are better. You can jump higher, run faster. So that makes me think who decides how many shoes we actually need? Yeah, I know that there are people whose job that is. Like literally there are people that make a lot of money doing exactly that.
