andy: A certain amount of tension is necessary for a healthy organization. In our world, we are kno were a church or group of churches, but we are a production organization. We want every production to be excellent, but you can excellent your way into bankruptcy. And another great example, i think, that we manage all the time is the tension that exists in a matrix organization.
