Is There a Difference Between Running and Yoga?

Altras: I know how to observe people. That's why I'm not working for the FBI profiling people or like at a casino. There's certain things I do that give me a tactical advantage in life, if you will. Altras: My biggest creative bursts happen when I have to do something. When I see someone running, it doesn't look fun to me. It's funny because I don't think of running as something I would enjoy.
