Chronic inflammation and nitric oxide production are elements that are perturbed in both chronic disease, like a heart disease, cancer and neurogeno disease. When we start chronic inflammation starts to push that too much, then you start to see the classic changes of athroscorosis and vascur disease. And it's all going through this process of inflammation at the level of mediators such as endothelits function or reactive oxygon species. So instead of thinking about individual organ systems, when we're looking back up and look at what's the common thread? We kind of wondererer how many people have thought about these things but never actually seen them happen.
