Russia has amended a law requiring telecom operators to increase the storage capacity allocated for anti terrorism surveillance purposes by 15 % each year. One of the options they're looking at is basically forcing entertainment providers to delet content to reuse that space. Even waway has reportedly suspended equipment sales to russia until another two weeks or so from now, wile they consider their options there. The final option they have is, you know, turning to chinese cloud service providers and itesis om selves and so on. But that's currently complicated because china is not yet decided if it's willing to flout the western sanction on russia.
