The Rise of Multiplearity in Political Thought
The rise of what international relations theorists called multiplearity creates a problem because it's very difficult to change the system if each state has as much power as every other. A good thing that there is at least one state, the US that could be necessary for incentivizing a change in direction, if necessary. If ever, if ever we were so fortunate as to see it choose to use that. We live in. Other than the further extension deepening of what we've seen over the last half of century. Yeah. And you can't have ultimately a durable or sustainable order that is not dynamic. It's an attempt to freeze time. There is no static system which can straight forwardly reproduce itself
