How Do You Know if You're an Effective Communicator?
The best leaders are actively listening. And too, they are highly effective in asking the right questions to drive ini more the wise thand the what presses. I think for me, personally, i use of four to one ratio: every hour that i have to be presentingo with a client, i will spend, after four hours, preparing for that meeting. But i think just having that preparation and spaing that energy so that you can be actually listening is key.
