So even if you say, please stop it's part of the thinking process. It's the voice appears in different disguises. Some people have a monologue that goes on that comments on what is going on around you - but it's totally somewhere else. In thought processes about the possible future, the heaviness of the past, there's completely somewhere else,. and it's there thet there's te voice going in inside of you.
