The Importance of Exercise in the Morning
Exercise induces a spike in dopamine and cortisol which is good for you. Instant gratification behaviors, however, like checking your phone repeatedly does the opposite. Dopamine levels are essential for the feeling of motivation and drive but getting them in an instant gratification way is what's going to drop it below baseline. This idea that you need low levels of dopamine in the morning is absurd.
