Is Politics Inherently Bad?
The larger the average delta like maybe across across integrated across all individuals in organization. Who interact with each other? Because if you've got a 30,000 person company, it's not the handshake of 30,000 people. Right. And so then an organization that is highly political has these massive amount of deltas. And that's where you're going to get the rug pulled out from under you, your higher probability of it. The only people who can get things done in that kind of organization are the willing the ones who are willing to do things that many of us are simply not willing to do.
