Chapter Breaks as a Reader

i don't usually think about how much time it's going to take the reader to read my chaptersye, i know when i write that i come away from each chapter with the impression that the length of the chapter was proportional to how long i spent writing the chapter. When you're writing a chapter that has its head simotiean, and you are occupying that emotional space for weeks on end, that can be very exhausting... That can leave you with a sense of a chapter being than it is.
