I think sometimes in the early days of new bank we would fall into this trap where we were already disrupting banking in Brazil and we'd be like well let's also disrupt how we manage ourselves. And I think sometimes the lesson in some of those areas ultimately ended up being you know what most organizations do have some form of hierarchy. Maybe my future self could have gone back and said to me or to whoever else was worrying about these other problems what do you guys really focused on innovating here? "It means to kind of take a look back and reflect on what things work"
