CNN's John Sutter talks to CNN iReport about his new book, The Power of Food. He says the food industry can play a key role in de-carbonizing the grid and reducing its carbon footprint. One way is by using induction stoves for cooking heat pumps that use clean energy. But many Americans still don't have gas ranges or even ovens which are powered by coal.
