The Limits of Political Realism
The most dangerous people in our history are those who think you can achieve the kingdom of God in this world. That's exceptionally dangerous point of view, and one reason why conservatism is very healthy. We're never going to create a perfect world; all of our efforts are going to fall short. At the end of all of our striving, we do indeed have to leave things to God.
