Rami: I think people ignore the big secular trends which you just talked about a little bit. You have reshoring going on and there are parts of the country that are going to do very well from what we can tell. We don't know if we're in pre-game batting practice or if we're already in the first inning but definitely the game is afoot. Rami: Which industries do you really like?
