How to Be Curious in Negotiation

We all have this desire to find solutions. Sometimes the desire to find Solutions causes us to take a short cut and not remain curious. We need to try to understand where is somebody coming from before we present to them in negotiation. Curiosity drives purpose. It unlocks purpose. Those who lack curiosity eventually lack an understanding of their own motivation. People that are burnt out often lack curiosity as far as what can they explore within the realm of the thing that they're doing.
