Samuel Altschuler: What was the most surprising part about this process to you? You must have had some expect sof what it would be like and in what ways were those expectations violated? It was around my treatment by certain types of institutions where i kind of imagined that maybe some people would be excited to have a conversation about the automation of jobs and technology. And neither of those things was trueit turns out that that's just an enormous problem on many fronts now.
