Attorney Client Privilege Is One of the Most Sacramental Privities That Exists in American Law
Prosecutors have written to the judge alleging that they believe Trump used Evan Corcoran in furtherance of a crime or fraud. They are trying to overcome attorney client privilege basically so they can get him back in there and have him answering questions. It's an incredibly aggressive move. We don't know that they will be successful, but this is a really notable development seeing this coming from these prosecutors who are overseeing this investigation.
