A m my ethos is that our job isn't to find customers, it's to create customers. And the philosophy of customer journey is not necessarily trying to convert everybody. It's trying to build the trueman show so that they don't realize their constantly in your world. The more touch points that people have with the product,  the more endowment they get. They naturally gravitate towards that product. All companies that have relationships and the relationship deeper than the product itself are going to succeed.
