Do You Have a Pomodoro Technique?

The pomadoro technique is similar to time boxing. It involves three bursts of 25 minutes, followed by a five minute break. When the timer runs out at the end of the 25 minutes, i give myself a genuine break. And that's the difference between me just doing some general work and actually deciding i am focusing during a homadoro - nothing else gets in.
