I'm toying with the idea of actually maybe doing sort of a mini bio banded festival. But I kind of need a relatively easy way of coming up with the bio banded teams. Height will be related to maturity, but I certainly wouldn't use it as a proxy of match duration. If you tell a coach, this kid is 92% and a Z score of 4.2, they're like, what are you talking about? Well, that kid's 12, but he's biologically 13 and a half and they'll go, oh, yeah, I could have told you that"
