The Difference Between an IT Network and an OT Network
It's very common for these, I'd say in the last 20 years for these to sit on an Ethernet network. But this is where things start to get interesting. So are these separate systems, so the blue lines in your drawing here represent the network? Yep. And do you mean sits on the same hardware or literally sits in the same VLANs as IT equipment? You know, I don't know. It just sounded like something smart to say.
