During the Cold War, North Korea attempted to form alliance with what we call third world countries or developing countries now. But then I feel that at a certain point these countries start to detach and there is no strategy touching from. The turning point was around the time when he attempted to eliminate Chanduwon and Rangoon - they're hunkering down on developing nuclear program. And I feel that this camaraderie or brotherhood had kind of fallen apart at this point.
