The US Debt Downgrade Is a Loss of Faith
I'm surprised that you don't think that that adds another sort of cheek in the armor of competence in the US debt. I find the most prescient to be the measure from the conference board instead of monthly survey. That actually rose very strongly last month and as well, now at this point, well above its long run historical average. So no sign at all that consumers are on the edge of a packet in or anything like that.
