The fourth quarter of last year was the worst quarter in the history of my company. Buyers are stuck in like 2023, 2024 recession mode. Sellers are still in like 2021 frothy market mode. So it feels like it's very dry out there. Even from our personal portfolio, we haven't seen that many sales.
