The Importance of Staying in Zones Three, Four and Five

I want to talk about the high intensity session where we use the example of the four by eight, which we were talking about before. And you're suggesting that we could cross across zone three, four and five in that particular session. What are your thoughts on that? I can exemplify with my own daughter as a runner. She would bring a big shovel and dig and end up in zone five, you know, racing the interval session. If she didn't go faster for that say then it was a failure.
