Quality, Not Doluxness, but Meeting Speck

Some people define quality as doluxness, that a 300 dollar cashmere scarf is higher quality than an acrilic neck warmer. But what does that even mean? Will one keep you warmer than the other? So that leads to the second definition of quality: meeting speck.
