In the book, Peter Darby is CEO of PGE in this post bankruptcy regulation moment. He's focused on "beautiful business transformation," which he calls innovation speak. Accenture was brought in to help with the business transformation and it recommends a number of cost cutting efforts. So you describe how these transformation efforts kind of led to a neglected day-to-day activities including inspection and maintenance. Do you think they realized what was happening or was it exactly what you're describing where they're making these big businesses, just at the top to try to make profits?
