Intermittent fasting, time restricted eating and prolonge fasts are some of the popular ways to go into ketosis. Mark says he has been skipping breakfast for more than 30 years in an effort to help with gastric reflux. He also eats only one moderate sized meal two days a week as part of his daily routine.
