The Importance of Self-Management

I find in general that people are not so good at self managing and it's very hard to do. It's always often a surprise to people when they quit their job to work on being an indie full time. By the end of it, I definitely felt like the right choice. Like I felt like reenergized and re inspired to keep on working this thing.
