The Wild Case of a Bear Spying on a Couple's Estate
A bear was used to spy on a couple's house in Washington state. The government put a camera on the bear so it could take pictures of the property. A local newspaper reported that the couple is accused of feeding bears and lowering them into residential areas because they feed them. It doesn't really matter constitutionally what the crime is for the sort of stuff necessarily, he says.
