Silence of the mind is speak less. There's an innate desire to communicate and you force it down. I knew this monk who was silent for more than, for years. He communicates with gestures. You can speak back to him. All night he spoke. Just rambled on. The next day in the morning when I told him, Swami you're speaking at night. And he was gestures like this. See, that's repression. That's repression. So, silence, yes. It is Silence of the mind.
