The Death of James French

And if sap or smoke from the burning wood gets in your eyes, it can cause temporary blindness. James French was serving life for murdering a West Virginia man who gave him a rod while he was hitchhiking. His last words were, hey, Phyllis, how about this red headline for tomorrow's paper? He died August 10th, 1966 in McAllister, Oklahoma.
